Order about Intergovernmental Higher Academic Council IHAC IUFS & IHAC are under the IUFS and is the first and the only University of its kind in the world, constantly operating within a complex public scientific research institution, multi-functional on its goals and objectives. The IHAC is internationally accredited.

IUFS as an International University tackles international important problems, and scientists representing IUFS have gained international prestige; IUFS prepares international scientific and management personnel; and the various activities of IUFS is of international theoretical and practical importance.

IHAC has various system-level organized structure:

1. Presidium of IHAC

2. Academic Council

3. Specialized Academic Councils

4. Expert Council

5. Consultant Groups

Foreign scientists are attached to Academic Councils at all levels and Consultant Groups.

IHAC delivers scientific consultations to applicants from different countries of the world for International scientific degrees (Bachelor, Master, PhD, J.D., Doctor, Grand-Doctor) for preparing applicants for defending thesis on IHAC sitting, IHAC organizes all the process of defence and awarding of Degrees.

The superior body of IHAC under IUFS is the Presidium of IHAC under IUFS. IHAC under IUFS, due to the Resolution of the Presidium of IHAC under IUFS, award "honoris causa" (for special merits and without defending thesis) international scientific degrees of Doctor and Grand-Doctor of Philosophy in a specific field to outstanding domestic and foreign statesmen, politicians, spiritual and public figures, and also award international scientific degrees of Doctor and Grand-Doctor of Philosophy without defending thesis to the specialists of different profiles who have made a significant contribution to the development of science and culture, education and arts, economics and

production, technological processes and management, computer science and legislation, etc., to the strengthening of interaction between peoples and safety and peace on our planet.

IHAC carries out a scientific management under existing special scientific laboratories under IHAC and special scientific centres.

IHAC has the right to execute independently and offers various scientific Programs (taking into account their practical value and effective cost) to customers interested in such Programs (Universities, scientific establishments and etc.) and to coordinate real execution and further implementation of Programs in case of their acceptance and approbation.

Members of IHAC are engaged in individual and collective scientific and scientifically important activity.

IHAC publishes own specialized editions with participation of foreign scientists: comparative-periodicals (scientific magazines, scientific miscellanies) and subject collections, monographs. Editions are published on different languages of the world, in typographical and electronic variants.

IHAC organizes and carries out different International (Universal) congresses, conferences and so on.

IHAC counts on sponsor’s and other help and support from individuals and different organizations, interested in various activities of IHAC under IUFS.
